Today part two of your self‑quarantine begins: continue to stay at home for 10 days, or 5 days if you test negative on day 5.

5 days after the start of part two

Get tested today for coronavirus. Call 0800-2035 to make an appointment. Have your citizen service number (BSN) ready when you call.

If the test comes back negative, you no longer have to self‑quarantine. But continue to avoid contact with anyone who may be vulnerable for a full 10 days after your last contact with someone with coronavirus.

If the test comes back positive, you have coronavirus. The GGD will provide you with additional information and you need to self‑isolate (information in Dutch).

10 days after the start of part two (end)

dag 10

If you did not get tested on or after day 5 and you have no symptoms, this is your last day of your self‑quarantine.

If you have COVID‑19 symptoms, stay home and get tested again.

Please note: Any special instructions you may have received from the municipal health service (GGD) always take precedence over the advice given here.
