You have coronavirus and no symptoms

Self-isolate at home immediately

Your self-isolation overview:

Test day

dag 0

dag 2

Self‑isolate at home. When you have coronavirus you must self-isolate (not self-quarantine) to avoid spreading the virus to the people you live with. See the self‑isolation rules (information in Dutch) or watch this video (information in Dutch).

No symptoms?

dag 7

If you have not developed any COVID‑19 symptoms, this is your last day you have to self‑isolate.

If you have developed symptoms since your test, consult the GGD about how long you should continue to self‑isolate.

Please note: If you have a weakened immune system and you develop symptoms, you must self‑isolate for 14 days from the time the symptoms began. Consult the GGD about this.

Please note: Any special instructions you may have received from the municipal health service (GGD) always take precedence over the advice given here.
