dag 4

Self-quarantine immediately and avoid contact with others.

This means do not go outside, do not go to the store and do not go to work.

dag 5

Get yourself tested for COVID-19 today:
Make an appointment online or call 0800‑1202. Have your citizen service number (BSN) ready when you call. Or do a self-test.

Is the self-test result positive? Get yourself tested as soon as possible at the GGD.

Is the GGD test result positive? Then you’re infected with COVID-19. The GGD tells you more and you have to go in self isolation.

If the test result is negative, you no longer have to self‑quarantine. But continue to avoid contact with anyone who may be vulnerable for a full 10 days after the test result of the person you live with.

dag 10

If you did not get tested on or after day 5 and you have no symptoms, this is your last day of your self‑quarantine.

If you have COVID‑19 symptoms, stay home and get tested again. Or do a self-test.

Please note: Any special instructions you may have received from the municipal health service (GGD) always take precedence over the advice given here.
